Único en su tipo en el encuentro se realizaran conferencias, clases maestras para intérpretes y compositores y actividades relacionadas con el uso e interpretación de instrumentos de aliento con nuevas tecnologías.
Conferencias de los compositores Felipe Pérez Santiago (Mexico), Andrew Lewis (País de Gales), Francisco Colasanto (Argentina) y Michael Matthews (Canadá) sobre su trabajo para Fagot y electrónica y el estreno mundial de sus obras en este encuentro
Clases magistrales sobre Fagot para intérpretes y compositores impartidas por Wendy Holdaway (México/USA) y los miembros del quinteto de fagotes: Dark in the Song (USA).
Se realizarán 2 conciertos. El primero, el martes 8 de mayo, del quinteto Dark in the Song y la fagotista Wendy Holdaway. El segundo, el miercoles 9 de mayo de la fagotista Wendy Holdaway, Francisco Colasanto y miembros de Dark in the Song.
