(Mexico City-1978) He initiated his artistic education in CEDART “Miguel Bernal Jimenez” in Morelia, Michoacán (1996-1999) obtaining basic education in Music, Dance, Theatre, Plastic Arts and Literature.
1997 to 2007-He had Preparatory courses and Master’s Degree in Composition in the Escuela Popular de Bellas Artes (Popular School of Fine Arts; EPBA by its initials in Spanish) belonging to the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (San Nicolas de Hidalgo University of Michoacán; UMSNH by its initials in Spanish) with Herbert Vazquez, Ph.D. and Maestro Horacio Uribe.
In the same period of time he did courses with composers such as Mario Lavista, Helmut Lachenmann, Julio Estrada, Javier Torres Maldonado, Alejandro Viñao, Javier Alvarez, and José Luis Castillo among others.
He has received consulting courses with the following interpreters: Onyx Ensemble, Ricardo Gallardo, Tony Arnold and Pablo Gómez.
His music has been interpreted in EPBA (2003), in the Contemporary Music Festival in Morelia (2004) and in the Festival Internacional Cervantino (International Cervantino Festival) (2005).
His work “Estudios Oro” is a part of the disc called “Tientos”, recorded by the “Camerata de las Americas” directed by Maestro José Luis Castillo.
Presently he is responsible of de Department of Information Data, the web-page and Social Services Coordinator.
